ePayFlex charges fees for certain services. All applicable fees are disclosed before you complete a transaction.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ePayFlex, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the platform or violation of these terms

Your violation of any third-party rights

Any content you submit or transactions you conduct

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ePayFlex shall be resolved through:
